ABOUT FUTUREWORKS INSTITUTE

FUTUREWORKS Institute was founded by Maarten Jan Stam and Alexander Stolze.

FWI is part of the FUTUREWORKS Group. We work intensively with scientific organizations and experts, and education and innovative entrepreneurs in both the area and market for well-being@work.

About Alexander

  • Alexander Stolze (1976) is a corporate well-being expert, with over 25 years of experience in creating well-being@work impact and positive (cultural) change. As Head of Well-being at Achmea and ING Benelux for the past 15 years, Alexander successfully guided the development and implementation of measurably effective well-being strategies. His goal is to help people move forward, both in their work and their lives.
With the joint establishment of the FUTUREWORKS Institute, Alexander makes his knowledge, experience and energy available to inspire, support and connect people and organizations in making healthier choices.
  • In his personal approach Alexander can be compared with a ‘spotlight on well-being’ in which he likes to focus his light on three areas: (1) connecting and letting others shine, (2) making vitality and health in organizations visible, tangible and perceptible and (3) giving direction, keeping course and realizing.
  • Alexander studied business administration at Erasmus University Rotterdam and is used to considering and combining different perspectives, fields and interests.
